摘要
由于计算机和网络的发展产生的网络制造技术在实施过程中,因各种数控机床的类型和接口不同,将造成数据通信的故障。针对串口通信的常见问题,提出了可行的解决方案,对于数控设备较多的场合,采用以太网构建面向串行通信机床的局域网式DNC(distributed numerical control)通信结构,把所有具备标准串口通信的数控设备连入DNC网络,实现了实时加工,提高了数控设备的有效利用率,生产效率得到较大提高。
The development of computers and networks resulted in the technology of net - worked manufacturing. In the implementation process, a variety of CNC machine tools of different types and interfaces caused the failure of data communication. Feasible solutions were proposed for serial common communication problems. For the occasions of a lot of numerical control installations, a LAN - type DNC communications structure was constructed for serial communication tool by Ethernet. All the numerical control equipment with standard serial communication connected in DNC networks. Real - time processing was then realized. The use ratio of numerical control equipment was enhanced effectively and productivity was greatly improved, too.
