摘要 提出了一种基于交通灯调整和车流分段控制的交通方案。在基本不改造现有道路条件下,仅通过统一调整交通灯和车流分段控制两种手段,使在有效车流段内、沿交通灯推导的方向、按规定速度行驶的车辆顺利避开所有红灯。试验结果表明,该交通方案能提高车辆的期望速度近一倍,同时也能有效地缓解堵车问题。 Based on adjusting traffic lights and dividing the traffic flow, an ordered traffic scheme was put forward. In this scheme, with current roadways unchanged, most of the motor vehicles which are in one effective vehicle stream, can avoid all red lights when they go along the direction of traffic lights calculation and travel at the designated speed. It is confirmed that this ordered traffic scheme, compared with the present disorder mode, can almost double the expected speed of vehicles and relieve the traffic jam problem to a large degree.
