摘要
针对传统的手工编排计划难以满足冲压车间高柔性的生产特点的问题,运用线性规划方法建立数学模型,求解某汽车生产厂冲压车间日生产计划编排的多约束、多目标优化问题,在保证冲压车间日计划编排科学性的同时,提高了该厂冲压车间的生产效率。
Traditional manual scheduling method cannot meet the highly flexible production requirements of press shop.A mathematic model for production plan scheduling was established with linear programming,which provided optimized solutions for multi-constrained and multi-objectives daily production plan of an automobile factory s press shop.The model ensured the daily production plan scheduling on the scientific aspect and it improved the production efficiency of the factory s press shop at the same time.
