摘要
以企业为主体的技术创新体系是推进我国全面技术创新的重要动力,然而众多因素影响着企业在技术创新体系中的主体性。基于理论分析和问卷调研,通过调研样本的探索性分析和可靠性分析探索了影响企业在技术创新体系中主体性的因素,提出了我国以企业为主体的技术创新体系的5个维度,建立了以企业为主体的技术创新体系5维度的结构方程模型,同时验证了若干重要假设。
Enterprise -oriented technological innovation system is an important source to promote overall technological innovation in China. Actually there are a lot of factors which can affect enterprise＇s orientation in a technological innovation system. These factors were explored by exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis based on relative theories and questionnaire. A five - dimension enterprise- oriented technological innovation system was established. Afterwards, a structural equation model was constructed to testify and disclose the relationships between those factors which were crucial to an Enterprise - oriented technological innovation system. Many important hypothesis were verified by experiments.
