摘要
粗糙集特有的属性约简和属性重要度原理能对有限的指标数据进行有效挖掘,且具有客观性,能优化综合评价过程。根据这种思路,提出了基于粗糙集的综合评价流程及各步骤方法,并通过同行评议专家的科技信用评价验证了该方法的实用性。
Rough set theory has its particular functions of attribute-reduction and attribute-significance.It can efficiently mine from limited indicator data and it is objective,thus it can optimize the course of comprehensive evaluation.Based on this peculiarity of rough set,comprehensive evaluation process was established and methods of each step were provided.The practicality of the whole process was testified through evaluation of scientific and technological credit of peer evaluation experts.
