摘要
根据盲板结构及载荷特点,建立周期性边界条件的力学模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对结构进行应力分析。在取得线性化应力分析结果的基础上,依据JB4732-95《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》,选取5条路径对插扣型快开盲板进行强度校核,该盲板强度满足要求。
A mechanical model of periodical boundary condition was founded based on the structure and load characteristics of blind plates, and a stress analysis was performed of the structure of blind plates using ANSYS software. Based on the analysis result of linearization stress and JB-4732《Pressure Vessels of Steel-Design Standard by Analysis》, five paths were selected to check the strength of the eye-splice blind plates, their strength was satisfactory.
