浙江双栉蝠蛾危害对毛竹鲜笋品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对受浙江双栉蝠蛾危害的毛竹鲜笋以及施用森得保药剂防治后的健康鲜笋进行品质测定。结果表明,受浙江双栉蝠蛾危害的鲜笋,其粗纤维含量比健康鲜笋含量高,总糖、可溶性固形物、总酸以及维生素C含量则显著减少,糖酸比低于健康鲜笋。施药处理后健康鲜笋,其总糖含量略有增加,可溶性固形物、总酸和维生素C含量有所减少,但差异均不显著。这说明被害鲜笋的品质受到了显著的影响,其营养价值下降,食用价值降低;而施药处理对毛竹健康笋的营养品质影响不明显,没有造成营养的流失,不影响鲜笋的食用。 A pot experiment was adopted to study the effect of Bipectilus zhejiangensis damaged and pharmacy on quality of fresh bamboo shoot. The results showed that the contents of total sugar, soluble solids, total acid, VC and sugar acid ratio of damaged bamboo shoots were obviously less than CK, except crude fiber which was higher. After pesticide application the total sugar content of bamboo shoot increased, but soluble solids, total acid, VC contents were decreased. There was no obvious difference of nutrient contents between with and without pesticide application. It indicated that the quality of fresh bamboo shoot was obviously effected by the damaged of B. zhejiangensis, but no obvious effect after pesticide application. The damaged bamboo shoot had low nutritive value and edible value, while the undamaged shoot with pesticide application was irrelevance.
