摘要
从油茶林不同类型土样中分离到85株放线菌,采用PDA培养基和甲壳素脱乙酰酶培养基进行筛选。结果表明,以油茶炭疽病菌为指示菌,用对峙培养法选出抑菌带宽度达15 mm以上的菌株18株,菌株CF17拮抗效果最明显;CF17对油茶根腐病菌、油茶叶枯病菌等供试病原真菌也有较好抑菌效果,对各供试病原真菌的抑菌带宽度达14 mm以上;CF18、CF33和CF48菌株能产生甲壳素脱乙酰酶。
85 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from different types of soil samples of Camellia oleifera forest by using PDA and chitin deacetylase selective medium. The results showed that: Using Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as indicator, 18 strains were selected by plate confrontation method with inhibition zone width being more than 15 mm. The inhibition effect of strain CF17 was the best. The strain CF17 also showed better effects against Fusarium proliferatum, Pestalotiopsis microspora, etc, and the inhibition zone width were all more than 14 mm to each pathogenic fungus. CF18, CF33, CF48 strains could produce chitin deacetylase.
