摘要
前人对34个木麻黄优树家系17年生的子代测定林进行选优,筛选出优良单株46株,其中无性系龙7-18在水培无性繁殖出根率、抗青枯病能力和收集圃生长量等指标均表现最好。研究了木麻黄抗青枯病无性系龙7-18在平潭4 a的造林试验结果,该无性系表现出良好的抗逆特性和生长特性,4年生保存率高达87.8%,树高和胸径生长平均值是目前使用无性系(对照)的1.11和1.10倍。木麻黄无性系龙7-18可以作为抗病优良品系在平潭县沿海沙地造林。
In a previous study, 46 plus trees of Casuarina equisetifolia were selected from a 17-year-old progeny test plantation of 34 plus tree families, and the best clone " Long 7-18" with the highest rooting rate in hydroponics, resistance to bacterial wilt and growth in nursery was selected among those clones. Afforestation trial for bacterial wilt-resistant C. equisetifolia clone "Long 7-18" was established and trial results of 4 years were presented. The clone "Long 7-18" showed high stress resistance and growth rate, mean preserving rate was 87.8%, mean tree height and DBH were respectively 1.11 and 1.10 times as great as average of the 2 presently-used clones. "Long 7-18" is a superior disease-resistant clone of C. equisetifolia for afforestation on coastal sandy land in Pingtan County.
