摘要
桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)、秋茄(Kandelia candel)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)是泉州湾河口湿地的优势植物。对该湿地不同区域(上游、中游和下游)的优势植物在不同时间的叶绿素荧光特性进行了研究。桐花树初始荧光值在中午最大(0.187),表明中午受到环境的胁迫大。上午,下游的桐花树的叶绿素初始荧光值为0.129,显著地小于下午的(0.173);下游的秋茄的为0.142,也显著小于下午的(0.171);而上午时下游的桐花树和秋茄的原初光能转化效率分别为0.795和0.799,显著大于各自的下午的,表明下游植物在上午受环境胁迫小于下午。叶绿素荧光光响应曲线的结果表明,上午的桐花树的光合潜能和捕光效能低于下午,下游的桐花树在上午有着最高的光合潜能和捕光效能;成熟的秋茄在下午有着最高的光合潜能和捕光效能,上游的5年生秋茄在上午光合潜能和捕光效能最低。成熟的桐花树、秋茄和白骨壤具有较好的适应性。
Aegiceras corniculatum, Kandelia candel and Avicennia marina are the dominant plant species of Quanzhou Bay estuarine wetland. The characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence of plants in the wetland from different locations ( upstream, midstream and downstream) at different times was studied. Initial fluorescence in Aegiceras corniculatum (0.187) was the greatest at noon, which suggested that Aegiceras corniculatum undergo large environment stress at this time. At downstream, the chlorophyll initial fluores- cence ofAegiceras corniculatum in the morning (0.129) was significantly less than that in the afternoon (0.173), and that of K. candel in the morning (0.142) was also significantly less than that in the afternoon (0.171 ). The maximum quantum yield of Aegiceras corniculatum and K. carmel, 0.795 and 0.799 respectively, was significantly higher than that of each plant species in the afternoon. It suggested that the environmental stress on the plants in the morning was less than that in the afternoon at downstream. The curves of chlorophyll fluorescence in response to photosynthetically active radiation showed that the photosynthetic potential and the capture light energy efficiency of the Aegiceras corniculatum in the morning were lower than those in the afternoon. At downstream, the photosynthetic potential and the capture light energy efficiency of Aegiceras corniculatum in the morning was the highest. Mature K. candel in the afternoon was provided with the highest the photosynthetic potential and the capture light energy efficiency. The photosynthetic potential and the capture light energy efficiency of the 5-year-old/C candel in the morning was the least at upstream. Mature Aegiceras corniculatum, K. candel and Avicennia marina were provided with good adaptability.
