摘要
本实验以体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞株SGC-7901为材料,研究了八种蔬菜粉脂溶性粗提物(VPFE)对人胃癌细胞体外增殖的影响。VPEE的剂量(以培养液中卜胡萝卜素浓度计)为2×10^(-8)、2×10^(-7)、2×10^(-6)mol/L。结果:(1)生长曲线实验中,八种菜粉VPFE对胃癌细胞的增殖均有抑制作用。在VPFE高剂量组,各种菜粉的抑制作用均有显著性意义(P<0.05),而中剂量组的作用在不同菜粉有一些差异;(2)集落形成实验中,冬寒菜、菠菜和紫油菜粉VPFE各剂量组均抑制了胃癌细胞的集落形成(P<0.01),抑制作用呈剂量一反应关系。本次研究的结果为蔬菜防癌抗癌的实际运用积累资料。
Effects of the fat-soluble extracts of 8 kinds of vegetable powders(VPFE) on the proliferation of human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cell line were examined in the present study. The doses of VPFEs were expressed as the level of β-carotene in medium as follows: containing β-carotene 2×10^(-8), 2×10^(-7), 2-10^(-6)mol/L. The results indicated: (1) In the proliferation curve analysis, all of 8 VPFEs showed inhibitory effects on the proliferation of gastric cancer cell line(P<0. 05 ); (2) In the colony forming assay, 3 VPFEs inhibited the colony forming of gastric cancer cell line in a dose-response manner(P<0. 01 ).
