摘要
本研究对灵芝茶进行抗疲劳作用检测。结果显示灵芝茶对受试小鼠的负重游泳时间、肝糖原、血乳酸含量试验组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。爬杆试验中,试验组(剂量分别为0.8g/kg、3.3g/kg)其爬杆时间均值明显长于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。试验组(3.3g/kg)血清尿素氮含量均值明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果揭示3.3g/kg灵芝茶试验组对昆明种雄性小鼠有延长爬杆时间和减少疲劳小鼠尿素氮产生的抗疲劳效果。
The resisting fatigue effects of lingzhi tea(L. T, made of GANODERMA IUCIDUM)on male Kunming mice were reported. The sustaining time in load swimming and grasping grasping glass tests, and the contents of liver glycogen, lactic acid of blood and urea of serum in mice were measured. The results showed that sustaining time in grasping club glass test was significantly longer in mice fed with 0.8 and 3.3g/kg. bw L. T than that in mice fed with distilled water(p<0.01). The contents of urea of serum were significantly lower in mice with fed 3. 3g/kg. bw of L. T than that in mice fed with distilled water(P<0. 05 ). These findings sugest that there were resisting fatigue effects of lingzhi tea on male Kuming mice.
