惠州市进口食品标签现况调查及卫生监督

HYGIENIC MONITORING MANAGEMENT AND INVESTIGATION OF CHINESE LABLE FOR IMPORTED FOODS IN HUIZHOU

本文对惠州市部分进口食品标签现况调查，以反映本地进口食品的卫生状况。结果调查366家；有卫生证书、仿伪标志，中文标签的3家；临时中文标签290家；无中文标签73家。调查发现掺杂一些不合理或存在其他各种问题的进口食品；显示本地进口食品市场卫生状况差，缺乏监督、监测管理。提出了当前加强进口食品管理的重要性及其建议。

In order to get the hygienic condition of imported foods in Huizhou's market, some imported foods about their labels in local market was investigated. Among 366 shops and bars, only 3 shops have hygienic licence, Laser mark and Chinese label completely in imported foods, 290 shops have temporary Chinese label, and the other 73 shops have no Chinese label at all in ti. Other problems in lot of imported foods was found, the hygienic condition of imported foods in local marked would be noticeable. The importance of marked management for imported foods is proposed in this paper.
