无症状乙型肝炎表面抗原携带者101例随访分析

A FOLLOWING-UP REPORT ON THE 101 CASES WITH NON-SYMPTOM HBsAg CARRIERS

本文对我校1993届大学生1645名进行人学体检复查，检查出无症状乙型肝炎表面抗原携带者101例，其携带率为6.14％，（4.98％～7.30%），并对101例携带者进行连续4年随访。4年中阴转7例，阴转率为6.9％（1．98％～11.88％）；其滴度消失变化较大。4年期间e抗原（HBeAg）的阳性率30．75％（26．07%～35．43％），但每年中间稍有增减变动。

College Hospital had an entering re-examination for the 93rd freshmen of this college in 1993. The results showed that 101 cases with carried HBsAg were datermined in 1645 freshmen, and the carried HBsAg rate was 6.14 % (4. 98 % -7. 30 % ). The contionous monitor, following-up and observation were made for this cases during the past four years, and the course and characteristic have been obtained. In 101 cases, there were 7 cases which changed into negative reaction during 4 years. The negative rate, the cases changed into negative reaction, is 6.93% (1. 98 %-11.88%). The positive rate of HBeAg is 30.75% (26.07%-35.43% ).
