摘要
应用氧氟沙星、阿齐红霉素、可乐必妥联合用药对100例病程13年，曾多次单剂量用药治疗，尿道炎、宫颈炎症状长期反复存在的顽固性非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎进行治疗，有效率为100%，治愈率为87％，提示三种药物协同作用可增强治疗效果，缩短治疗时间，减少耐药性，具有临床应用价值。
One hundred cases were treated through drug combination (Ofloacinx, Cravit and Azithromycin). Those all were persitent nongonococcal urethritis case with 1-3 year's medical history and symptom(urechritis and cervicitis)appeared repeatedly and been treated through one drug for several times before. After treatment, the result was that the effective rate and the cure rate were 100% and 87% respectivly. It indicated that the synergism of three drugs can increase curative effect, reduce course of treatment and discrease the tolerance. So, this method of treament has important clinical significance.
