面向二十一世纪,提高病案管理人员素质

IMPROVEMENT QUALITY OF MEDICAL RECORD ADMINISTRATORS FOR THE 21TH CENTURY

二十一世纪的病案管理是高水平的现代化管理，需要高素质的病案管理人员。本文分析了我国病案管理现存问题和病案管理人员的素质状况，认为病案管理人员素质差直接影响病案管理水平和质量。根据病案管理的特性及发展的需要提出了现代化病案管理人员应具备的思想和专业素质要求。本文还剖析了病案管理人员素质差的原因并提出了提高病案管理人员素质的几点建议。

Medical record administration (MRA ) needs high level and modern administration and high quality administra tors in the 21th century. We analyzed the problems of MRA and the condition of the administrators quality in our country, and think that quality of administrators is directly influenced the work of MRA. According to characterization and development of MRA we propose that modern administrators should be good personality and speciality. This paper evaluates the reason of poor administrators and makes several suggestions how to improve the quality of administrators.
