摘要
我们对某人民医院婴儿室出生三天以内新生儿皮肤分离到的血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(以下简称CNS)进行了研究。新生儿皮肤CNS带菌率为37.5%,木糖葡萄球菌为其主要生化型。62%CNS菌株产生粘质,耐药率高达100%,对VAN、NOR较敏感。60%耐PG-ERY-GEN-AMP这一模式抗生素的CNS菌株只携带一个54Kb质粒。
We have studied Coagulase- Negative Staphylococci (CNS) strains isolated from neonates in a hospital. 37.5% of infants were colonized with CNS on the first three days of birth. S. xylosus was a main biotype strain. 62% of CNS strains produced slime. Antibiotic resistant rate was 100%, but susceptible to VAN, NOR. 60% of CNS strains which resist a particular mode of antibiotic-resistance only carried a plasmid(54kb).
