摘要
本文总结了医院通过创建人力资源管理中心、财经管理中心和物资采购管理中心,实现医院资源高度归口、专业化和精细化管理的做法和效果,为军队医院改善管理提供借鉴。
The practices to set up the human resource management center,financial management center and material purchasing management center were discussed which has realized the resource centralizing,the specialization and fine management.
