摘要
通过组织机构建设、提升护士素质、规范专科培训、完善教学条件等方法,加强了全军心血管病护理示范基地的建设,使之在学术队伍、护理质量、学术水平、护理科研、教学能力等方面达到为军队医院培养心血管病专科护士的水平,形成逐步完善、规范管理、科学运行的局面。
The construction of the cardiovascular disease nursing base of PLA was enhanced by the measures of building the institutions, improving nursing quality, promoting the specialist training standards and perfecting the teaching conditions. After building, the base reached the standards of the military hospital training specialist nurses of cardiovascular disease in the academic team in the following aspects, including nursing quality, academic standards, nursing research, and teaching capability and so on. So the situation of standardized management, scientific operation was gradually formed.
