摘要 目的:了解综合性医院人力资源招聘管理现状,提出改善医院招聘管理对策。方法:采用随机抽样方式,分别对综合性医院、医学院校毕业生、综合性大学毕业生开展与参与医院和企业招聘活动的现状进行调查,采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:当前我国医院人力资源招聘管理存在的主要问题:①招聘计划不完善;②招聘信息发布渠道比较单一;③医院招聘测试方式与企业的差异具有统计学意义。结论:可通过对招聘计划合理设计与规划;完善招聘信息发布渠道,了解与满足应聘者对于招聘信息内容的需求;适当应用企业招聘测试方式,全面考察应聘者素质等措施改善医院人力资源招聘管理。 Objective:By surveying the status quo of human resources recruitment management in public hospitals to find out its deficiencies and to improve human resources recruitment management. Methods:Survey on the status of hospitals, graduates from medical college and comprehensive universities , using SPSS for all data analysis. Resuits:The main problems were: (1)recruitment planning in hospital is not perfect; (2)recruitment information dissem- ination channels are relatively simple; The difference of information sources and the information received between medical school graduates and comprehensive university graduates has statistical significance ;(3)In the methods of the recruitment test: the recognition of the tests between hospitals and medical college graduates has no statistical significant differences, the variation of the recruitment tests between hospitals and enterprises has statistical significance. Conclusions:Hospitals should improve their recruitment management by designing programs more rationally ; further developing recruitment information dissemination channels ; understanding and satisfying the needs of information of candidates; applying the methods from enterprises to inspect candidates quality comprehensively; increasing its efficiency.
