摘要
研究生教学督导建立,使学校研究生教育工作形成了决策、执行、监督三位一体协调管理的格局。经过实践,加强研究生教学督导工作的实效性应该把握:督导的内容和对象、督导的工作方法、督导组的构成、督导的权威性与严肃性、督导与行政管理的关系。
The establishment of graduate teaching supervision enables graduate education to form a trinity - pattern for coordination and management, which included policy- making, implementation and supervision. Based on practice, the author concluded that the actual effects of postgraduate teaching supervision can be achieved from the following perspectives - content and subject of supervision, supervising method, composition of supervision team, authority and seriousness of supervision, relationship between supervision and administration
