摘要
本调查采用《教师心理压力调查问卷》对上海市4所高校123名财经类教师进行调查。结果发现,13%的教师面临着低度职业压力;52%的教师面临着中度职业压力;25.7%的教师面临较高职业压力,9.8%的教师面临高度职业压力。年龄与心理压力成负相关,教龄与压力成U型分布。与全国常模相比,SCL-90总均分及各因子得分均比全国常模低,只有9%的教师检测结果为阳性,总体上良好。
Based on the Teacher Pressure Questionnaire, the author examined 123 finance teachers from 4 universities in Shanghai. The result shows that finance teachers score 65.22 ± 12.58 ; 13 % of them are under below - average pressure; 52 % are under average pressure; 25.7% are under over-average pressure; 9; 8 % are under high pressure; there is a negative correlation between age and pressure; genders, ages, teaching ages, degrees, posts, and titles have slight impact on pressure. Shanghai's finance teachers are lower than the national average in SCL-90 and other indexes. 9 % of the teachers are positive and the teachers in general are healthy.
