大学生自信与健康人格的关系研究

A Study on the Relations Between College Students' Healthy Personality and Self-confidence

本研究通过对516名大学生被试健康人格、自信的正式测查,采用相关分析、差异分析、多元回归及路径分析等方法对大学生自信与健康人格之间的关系进行考察,结果发现:自信诸维度与健康人格存在不同程度的显著相关;不同家庭经济状况组的大学生在自信诸维度及健康人格上存在显著差异;不同性别的大学生在社交自信方面存在差异,女生得分均显著高于男生,来自城市的大学生整体自信上的得分显著高于来自农村的大学生;整体自信和家庭经济条件变量对健康人格具有明显预测作用,并以整体自信的预测力最佳;不同健康人格得分组的大学生在自信诸维度上存在显著差异。

The present study investigated the relationship between healthy personality and self-confidence with the methods of correlation analysis, difference analysis, multiple regression and path analysis with 516 college students as the subjects. The results indicated that there were different degrees of significant correlation between self-confidence and healthy personality; there was a significant difference of different family economic status groups on the dimensions of self-confidence and healthy personality; the females were significantly higher than the male in social self-confidence, and urban students were significantly higher than the ruratones; the variables of general confidence and family economic condition could make significant prediction, and the general confidence was better; there was a significant difference of healthy personality groups in self-confidence.
