分析新形势下军队院校研究生培养所处的阶段性特征以及制约创新型人才培养的深层次矛盾,结合多年研究生教育管理实践,着力从强化研究生"五种意识"、建立和完善"五项机制"、营造研究生培养和谐环境等方面,提出深化军队院校研究生创新能力培养的思路措施。

The feature of the postgraduate cultivation in military universities under the new situation,including the deep-rooted contradictions that restrict the cultivation of innovative talents,has been analyzed .The consideration and measures of strengthening the cultivation of postgraduates creativity ability in military universities have been put forward, based on many years＇ practice on the cultivation and management of postgraduates, from the aspects of empha- sizing ＂five kinds of consciousness＂, establishing and improving ＂five mechanisms＂ and constructing harmony circumstances for the postgraduates cultivation.
