摘要
目的探讨PBL结合CBS教学法在医学遗传学教学中应用的可行性及教学效果。方法在医学遗传学教学中,将本校2007级临床一班设为对照组,采用传统的讲授教学法,将2007级临床二班设为实验组,进行PBL结合CBS教学法的尝试。结果期末考试结果显示,实验组的平均成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。调查问卷结果显示,多数学生认为PBL结合CBS教学法能活跃课堂气氛、激发学习兴趣、培养良好的医学思维方式。结论PBL结合CBS教学法对提高遗传学的教学质量和提高学生的综合素质具有积极意义。
Objective Using PBL and CBS pedagogy, to explore the feasibility of the ap- plication and effectiveness of teaching in medical genetics teaching. Methods In medical genetics teaching, set the clinical Class 1 grade 2007 to the control group, using traditional pedagogy, set the clinical Class 2 grade 2007 to the experimental group, using PBL and CBS pedagogy. Results Final exam results showed that the experimental group's average scores wm'e significantly higher than control group (P〈0.01). The questionnaire results showed that most students felt PBL pedagogy with CBS can activate classroom atmosphere, stimulate students' interest in |earMng, develop their way of good medical thinking. Conclusion PBL with CBS medical genetics teaching has a positive significance in improving teaching quality, and the comprehensive quality of students.
