摘要 采用有限元数值模拟法研究了H型钢在X-H轧制中万能孔型轧辊的磨损规律,发现,H型钢r处的折叠和刮丝是由于腹板和翼缘变形不均匀从而造成内侧金属流动所致。若水平辊r尺寸过小,轧制件的金属流动将剧烈,致使平辊R处侧面过度磨损,上部出现棱角,下部出现凹槽,后者使轧件金属凸出,再次轧制时就会产生折叠和刮丝。采用双R机构的水平辊,能有效防止轧制件产生折叠和刮丝现象。 X-H rolling process for H-beam steel was simulated by 3D elastic-plastic finite element method, and the wear behavior of universal groove roll during rolling was investigated as well. It was discovered that fold and scratch in R-zone of H-beam steel were produced because of inhomogeneous deformation of web and flange and thus metal flow along the inside sides of horizontal roll during rolling. If R dimension of horizontal roll is excessively small, the metal flow of rolling piece will be intensified and thereby its sides will be excessively worn. As a result, angularity and groove will respectively produce at upper and lower portions of R-zone. The roll groove will cause rolling piece metal to project and to produce fold and scratch while being again rolled. The use of double R horizontal roll can effectively prevent rolling piece from producing the fold and the scratch.
