摘要 显微三维测量系统是将四步相移结合编码技术和三维传感技术相结合,应用于光学立体显微镜上,可对一些微小物体进行观测和测量,并获取深度信息,建立三维图像,从而用简便、经济的手段进行微小物体的三维测量。本文简要的介绍了该原理及系统的组成,并列举目前在一些领域中的应用实例。 Microscopic three-dimensional measurement system is a four-step phase-shifting combination of coding techniques and three-dimensional sensing technology. It is used in three-dimensional optical microscope can be of some small objects for observation and measurement, and access to the depth of information, the establishment of three-dimensional image, It is the simple and economical means of three-dimensional measurement of small objects. This article briefly introduced the principle and system, and listed a number of areas in the application.
