摘要
本文通过试验研究了不同品质的机制砂在泵送混凝土中的应用,其中石粉含量(小于0.16mm颗粒)为7%-12%,泥粉含量(小于0.08mm颗粒)小于3%的机制砂用于泵送混凝土。其抗压、抗折强度综合值普遍高于同配合比的天然河砂混凝土,但28d标准养护试块回弹值却降低了15%-25%。
The application of different quality Machine--crashed in pump concrete is studied thought exeperimentatoin in my dissertation. The Machine--crashed sand which content of strone powder( granule dia. less than 0. 16mm)from 70% to 12 % and mud powder (granule dia. less than0. 08mm) less than 3% can be completely used on pump concrete. The synthesis value of compressive and flexural strength is higher than the concrete with the same in gredient whileusing the inartifieal sand. But the conversion value of Rebound Method of 28d standed cruing concrete can lower from 20% to 30% .
