摘要
本文主要研究利用人工砂配制高强度C60超高层(51层232.5米)一次性泵送混凝土,解决人工砂高强度混凝土在高扩展度(600mm)、高温季节3-4小时,离析沉底可泵性差现象;减少管道的摩擦及混凝土自身回压力、泵送压力造成的混凝土坍落度损失、粘性增加;避免28天评定高强度大体积混凝土产生裂缝。
This paper mainly studies on confect C60 pumped concrete with artificial sand for ultra-high rising building that is 51- story or 232. 5-meter high. For the large slump flow of about 600ram and putting aside for 3-4 hours in high temperature season, high strength concrete with artificial sand will be segregative and the pumpability will be reduced, which must be solved. The friction between concrete and the pipeline, compression of itself of the concrete should be reduced. Slump loss and stickiness in- creasing in concrete because of the pressure of pumping also should be reduced. And cracks in high strength mass concrete at 28 days age should be avoided.
