上海虹桥机场西航站楼清水混凝土综合施工技术研究

Integrated Construction Technology Research of Fair-Faced Concrete for West Terminal Building in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

清水混凝土分清水预制挂板和现浇清水混凝土两种工艺。本文以上海虹桥国际机场西航站楼工程为实例,成功实现了清水预制挂板与现浇清水混凝土的完美结合。文中重点介绍了现浇自密实清水混凝土的全套施工技术,包括清水混凝土的工作原理、生产、施工技术难点分析、实际技术路线实施、生产、运输、施工和养护、验收等各个方面,为清水混凝土的大规模推广提供了借鉴。

The fair--faced concrete has two crafts, fair--faced precast slab and in site concrete. In this article , the authors show the successful application of the two crafts of fair--faced concrete for West Terminal Building in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. This article focuses on in--situ self--compacting fair--faced concrete full range of construction technology, such as principle of work, manufacture, construction technique difficulties, transport, curing methods and so on. The successful implementation of the project provides references for the large scale promotion of fair--faced concrete.
