粉煤灰和矿渣粉对混凝土电通量的作用——福厦铁路杏林跨海特大桥高性能水下灌注桩混凝土配合比的应用实践

摘要 通过采用固定用水量,使用高性能外加剂,适当调整外加剂掺量,使混凝土拌合物的坍落度保持基本一致,而以胶凝材料总量、掺合料(粉煤灰和矿渣粉)总掺比和掺合料双掺比例(粉煤灰占掺合料的掺比)为变量,设计三因素三水平L9(34)的正交试验,以强度、电通量为考核指标,了解掺合料对混凝土电通量的影响程度。试验结果表明:对混凝土电通量影响最显著的因素是掺合料总掺比,而降低混凝土电通量的有效途径就是在混凝土中掺入大量的掺合料。 Through the use of a fixed volume of water consumed, using high--performance water reducer, appropriately adjusting the water reducer dosage, the fresh concrete slump remain basically the same, the Orthogonal experiments L9 (34) are designed, which three factors include dosage of cementitious materials, the total doping admixture ratio and the ratio of fly ash. Test strength and electric flux, understand the influence of admixtures on the concrete electric flux. Experimental results show that : electric flux on the concrete impact of the most significant factor is the total doping admixture ratio, which will reduce the effective way of concrete electric flux is mixed with a large number of concrete admixture.
