溶胶-凝胶法制备Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3陶瓷纤维 被引量:2

Preparation of Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3 ceramic fibers by sol-gel process

摘要 首次采用乙酰丙酮为钛醇盐的稳定剂,醋酸钡、醋酸锶和钛酸丁酯为原料,无水乙醇-冰醋酸作为溶剂,利用Sol-Gel法于1100℃得到单一钙钛矿相钛酸锶钡陶瓷纤维。用TG、XRD、SEM等手段对产物进行表征。 Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 gel fibers were firstly prepared by the sol-gel method in which acetylacetone was used as the stabilizer of titanate, barium acetate, strontium acetate and butyl titanate were used as starting materials, ethanol absolute-free acetic acid were used as solvent. The green fibers and those sintered at different temperatures were characterized by thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM )techniques. Perovskite barium strontium titanate ceramic fibers was crystallized at 1100℃.
