摘要
We reported a low temperature method of dealing with waste sulfuric acid in titanium dioxide industry.By studying the four impact factors: pre-cooling,temperature,time and centrifugal,we optimized the experimental conditions: pre-cooling at 2℃ in 3h,freeze crystallization at-35℃~-20℃ in 18h,and separation of ferrous sulfate and ice from acid at 3000~4000rpm.The concentration of sulfuric acid achieved 27%~30%,while that of ferrous sulfate decrease to 0.5%.
