摘要
介绍15~90°工程机械轮胎钢丝帘布激光裁断机生产线的结构和基本工作原理。生产线由导开输送装置、定长输送装置、激光裁断机、接取输送装置、定位输送装置、拼接输送装置、卸料输送装置、储布装置、包边输送装置和卷取装置组成,采用激光裁断技术,以氮气作为辅助气体,利用高压气体对激光束切割后的断面吹干,将熔化或气化物质从切缝中吹走。裁断机可裁断厚度为4~10mm的钢丝帘布,裁切角度为15~90°,裁切速度最高可达4m.min-1,裁断断面平整,切缝窄,工作变形小。
The structure and operation principle of the 15-90° steel cord laser cutting machine for OTR tire were introduced. The cutting machine consists of guide feeding device, fixed-length device, laser cutting device, receive device, position device, splicing device, discharging device, storage device, binding device and reeling device. Laser cutting technique is adopted with high pressure Nitrogen as auxiliary gas to remove any melted or vaporized material from the cutting section. The cutting machine could cut 4-10 mm steel cord with angles from 15-90° and maximum cutting speed of 4 m . min^-1. The cutting section was smooth, with only small gap and deformation.
