沐舒坦空压泵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察沐舒坦空压泵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将2007年10月至2008年3月收治88例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组,在常规抗感染等综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加用沐舒坦7.5 mg空压泵雾化吸入,每日2次,3 d后根据症状、体征、痰液变化进行疗效评价。结果:两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沐舒坦空压泵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎临床疗效好。
