我军装备采购改革正在进行,加强装备采购的竞争性能够给我军带来质优价廉的装备。利用经济学原理说明了为什么要加强装备采购的竞争,深刻分析了目前装备采购竞争程度不足的原因,并针对原因探讨了加强装备采购竞争性的几点对策。
As the development of our military equipment procurement reform, to strengthen the competitive procurement of equipment can lead to higher quality and cheaper price than ever. The article used the economics principles to explain why PLA need to strengthen the competition, and made an analysis of current situation, and then gave a few responses to the future work of military equipment procurement.
