摘要
通过分析我国大多数供应链的发展情况,给出一个供应链管理系统的IT战略布局。然后,利用战略匹配模型,将该IT战略布局与企业的战略相匹配,以达到利用该供应链管理系统帮助企业在金融风暴中生存发展的目的。
By analysis the development condition of most of the supply chain in China, this passage provide a strategy plan of the supply chain management system. What＇s more, it use the Strategy Alignment Model （SAM） to align this IT strategy plan with the company＇s strategy, to make the company live longer in the finance stome by using the supply chain management system.
