摘要
本文介绍了新开发研制的JST、JRT两个系列新型盖板针布的规格、特点及其工艺效果。通过生产使用并与国内外针布的对比试验表明:该系列针右制造质量好,针尖平整、光洁、锋利、耐磨,包卷方便,针布规格设计及植针排列先进合理,纺纱效果好,适用范围广。已达到国际上同类型先进产品的水平。
The specifications, pecularities and technical effects are briefed here on thenewly developed JST, JRT flat clothing series. In the light of the productionpractice and some comparative trials with home and overseas products, the papershows us that the two series have matched the standard of advanced similaritiesabroad in view of the following aspects as neat, smooth, sharp and wearablewirepoints, easy mounting, rational design and arrangement of wire specificationsand settings as well as a wide range of adaptability.
