摘要 广西饮食文化是西南饮食文化的重要组成部分,由于种种原因,这一区域的饮食文化缺乏系统的挖掘与整理。但事实上,这一少数民族聚居区域自古至今的食源、食性、食涵、食俗、食风等所有饮食文化事象,对整个西南地区乃至中华民族饮食文明的影响都是亘古遂深和日久旷远的。从史上该地域文化圈在农业、手工业、商业、古医食、文化学著等方面入手,首次探究了广西唐至五代时期饮食文化发展的基本形态和区域面貌。 Guangxi catering culture, as the key part of the catering culture of South-eastern China fails to be excavated and sort out for one reason or another. However, all the cultural phenomena in the ethnic minority areas, such as food resources, feeding habits, diets and customs, etc., have profound and widespread impact on whole South-eastern China and the Chinese Nation in terms of catering civilization. In this article, the basic forms and regional outlook of Guangxi catering cultural development from the Tang Dynasty to the "Five Dynasties" are discussed by cultural circles in the region from the perspectives of agriculture, handicraft industry, commerce, medical food, culture study and so on.
