高职文秘专业行动课程开发研究——以《秘书实务》为例 被引量:1

摘要 基于工作过程系统化的行动导向课程开发的理论研究与实践,已成为当前高职课程研究热点问题。在文秘人才培养中进行以"工作过程为导向"的行动课程改革,对克服学科体系下文秘人才培养脱离工作实际的问题,优化高职高专文秘专业课程体系,实现毕业生与工作领域的"零对接"具有重要的现实意义。以《秘书实务》课程为例,从课程开发的指导思想、课程特征、课程开发方法等方面对此问题进行探讨。 Theoretical study and practice on working process-based action-oriented curriculum development has turned out to be a hot topic of curriculum research in vocational colleges. Based on Secretarial Practice Course, action-oriented curriculum reform, which, in secretarial talents training, plays a significant role in eliminating the problems of divorcing secretarial talents training from reality, optimizing curriculum system for higher vocational secretarial program and achieving no-gap link of working field to graduates, is discussed from the perspectives of guidelines for curriculum development, curriculum characteristics, development methods and so on.
