摘要
与其它发展战略不同,蓝海战略的基石是价值创新,这种价值创新的关键是同时追求差异化和低成本。我国中小企业在蓝海战略引导下实现价值创新,开发新的顾客需求,实现企业利润最大化,可以有效改变我国中小企业难以做大做强的现状。
The stategy is put forward formally by W Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne in 2005. Different is from the devoloping starategies that some of China's present small and medium-sized enterprises adopt. The blue ocean stategy is based on the innovation of values, whose key is to pursue defferentiation and low cost at the same time, then the enterprises can realize the innovation of values under the guidance of the Blue Ocean Strategy, and open up a new customer demand to realize the maximum profit and effectively change the present situation that it is difficult for enterprises to be more profitable and stronger.
