摘要
大学生心理健康教育课程的教学目的是引导学生解决现实生活中普遍出现的心理问题,促进心理素质和谐发展,形成自我解决心理问题的意识和能力,而教学内容是为学生解决问题和促进自身心理发展服务的工具。任课教师应亲自调查和了解学生存在的问题,重构符合学生需要的课程内容,引导学生主体选择和探索问题,交流个人解决问题的主见。
Psychological health education in universities alms to solve the students' psychological problems in real life, cultivate their problem-solving awareness and ability, and promote their psychological health. The teachers ought to investigate the students' problems in person, restructure the course to meet the students' needs, guide them through problems and exchange the ideas of solving problems.
