铜川市淡色库蚊对3种杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解铜川市淡色库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷及溴氰菊酯的抗药性现状,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果铜川市淡色库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为1.1、2.0和2.5倍。结论铜川市淡色库蚊对3种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,属于低抗水平。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to three kinds of insecticides in Tongchuan and provide scientific evidence for control. Methods The dipping method recommended by WHO was used to assay the medium lethal concentration(LC50) of the fourth-instar larvae. Results The resistance ratio of Culex pipiens pallens to alpha-cypermethrin, abate and deltamethrin were 1. 1,2.0 and 2.5 respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens have different resistance to three kinds of insecticides tested. The results shows that Culex pipiens pallens to alpha-cypermethrin is sensitive and have low resistance to dehamethrin and abate.
