摘要
目的研究古塞细蠓复合组细微结构的变化规律,为种间鉴别提供科学依据。方法应用雄性和雌性成虫主要特征细微结构的鉴别方法。结果研究发现古塞细蠓复合组雄性成虫不同种抱器端节形态、大小,端部端突形态、有无鬃毛而有异;第9背板有无中突、突的形态、大小,背板中部有无小鬃、数量、着生部位及第9腹板凹陷宽窄、深浅和膜上微毛有无等均因种而异;不同种其雄性成虫阳基侧突膨端体形态、大小,内外缘有无突起、突的多少、位置、突的形态、大小,有无角化现象、角化部位及程度而有变化。阳茎中叶的发育程度、形态、大小,内外缘和端、基部有无突、突的多少、形态,有无角化现象、角化部位、程度及阳茎中叶端部有无色斑、色斑形态、大小均因种而有别。雌性成虫受精囊的数量、大小、形态、基部有无短颈、端部有无斑纹,囊的角化程度、长宽比值和触须第3节膨大的程度、形状、感觉器窝的分布位置、窝的大小、形态,触须第3节与第4节的比值均有种间差异。结论研究发现古塞细蠓复合组雄性成虫抱器、第9背腹板、阳基侧突膨端体、阳茎中叶和雌性成虫触须及受精囊的细微结构有着种间的变化规律。
Objective To study subtile structure of Leptoconops kerteszi complex and provide scientific evidence for diagnosis among species. Methods Identifying the subtile structure of Leptoconops kerteszi complex. Results Different species' style and it's processes of Leptoconops kerteszi complex had different character in shape and size, whether there was setae under the processes. The 9-tergum's submedian processes, shape, steae on it, number,location and 9-sterna's gravure width,depth,whether there was setae on the film were different. Different species' apical dilation of parameres and aedeagus of Leptoconops kerteszi complex had different character in shape, size, whether there was process in interior and exterior margin, process' number,location, whether there was keratose or not, its location, extent. Character changing of aedeagus was similar to apical dilation of parameres mentioned above,added if there was speckle at the top, speckle's shape and size. Their spermathecae's number, shape, size, whether there was short net basally and maeulation in the end,its sclerous degree,the ration to length and breath were different, expanded level, shape and senory pit's location,size of palpue's segment Ⅲ and the ration to segment Ⅲ and Ⅳ were different among species. Conclusion Apical dilation of subtile structure of Leptoconops kerteszi complex have peculiar character for diagnosis among species.
