摘要
通过对不同形状的钢制弹丸撞击带盖板炸药起爆过程的数值模拟,获得了弹丸冲击起爆阈值速度随弹丸几何形状的变化结果,有代表性地反映了弹丸几何形状的影响。分析中采用了JWL状态方程描述炸药爆轰产物的等熵膨胀,采用了Taver和Lee提出的点火-燃烧-快反应三项形式的反应率经验公式模拟炸药的反应过程。研究结果对含能装置的设计及安全防护具有重要意义。
By simulating the initiation process of steel explosive column with square plates impacted by steel projects in different shapes , the relation between impact initiation threshold velocity and geometrical shape of the project has been obtained. Examples show the effects of the project geometrical shape typically. The JWL equation of state was applied to describe the isentropic expansion of the explosive denotation products. The empirical formula proposed by Lee and Taver for description of the three - step reaction rate model with ignition, growth and completion of explosive was used to simulate the reaction process of explosive. The results are of great significance in the design and safety protection of device with explosive.
