土地卫片执法检查中3S技术的应用研究

Study on 3S Technology Applied in Law Enforcement Inspection of Satellite Land Image

以绵阳市2009年土地卫片执法检查为例,选用2007年和2008年两个时相的中巴资源卫星02B遥感图像作为信息源,用GIS作为遥感数据处理工具来识别土地利用变化地块,利用GPS进行地块实际测量来确定监测图斑的位置和面积,探讨了3S技术在土地卫片地执法检查中的应用。

Taking the 2009 law enforcement inspection of satellite land image in Mianyang as the example, this paper selects the 02B CBERS remote sensing image of 2007 and 2008 as an information source to identify plots of land - use change by remote sensing data processing with GIS tools, and determines the location and area of the monitoring spot which measures the land block with GPS. This paper discusses the 3S technology applied in law enforcement inspection of satellite land image.
