摘要
中学地理教师队伍的建设是地理新课程实施成败的关键。文章对绵阳市中学地理教师队伍现状进行了调研,发现其主要问题有:教师队伍结构不合理,综合素质较低;教师普遍任务重,压力大,缺乏提高专业素养的意识;教师队伍城乡差异大,乡镇中学问题突出;地理教师地位低,积极性不高,队伍不稳定;教师的地理教学研究和地理教育科学研究能力弱;教师的评价体系过于简单,影响了教师的发展等。综合绵阳市目前教师队伍发展现状,文章指出应从以下几方面加强教师队伍建设:加强继续教育基地建设,提高在职培训效度;营造良好外部环境,培养教师良好职业情绪;采取必要政策倾斜,关注农村教师成长;改革教师评价体系,促进教师发展与提高。
Team development of middle school geography teachers is the key element to the success in practicing new curricula of geography. In this paper, the present situation of the middle school geography teachers in Mianyang is investigated. The study finds that the main problems are as following: the structure of teaching staff is irrational, and their comprehensive quality is low. The teaching task is generally heavy, the pressure is great, and almost all the teachers are lack of awareness of raising professionalism. Differences between urban and rural teachers are obvious, and the problems of rural middle school are outstanding. The low status of geography teachers leads to the low enthusiasm. The teaching team is instable. Geographic teaching research ability and geography education research ability of the teachers are weak. The evaluation system is simple, which affects the development of teachers. After analyzing comprehensively the current development status of the middle school geography teachers, this paper points out that the following aspects should be noted to strengthen the team development and the basis of continuing education so as to improve the validity of continuing education, to create a favorable external environment, and to train a good vocational feeling. Favorable policy and concern about the growth of rural teachers should be practiced. The evaluation system for the teachers should be reformed to promote teachers" development.
