中国健康老年前期人血沉参考值(温氏法)与海拔高度的关系

Relationship between reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese healthy early old people's erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and altitude

为制定中国健康老年前期人血沉参考值（温氏法）的统一标准提供科学依据，该文收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年前期人血沉参考值，并对其与海拔高度的关系进行了研究，发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，健康老年前期人血沉参考值（温氏法）在逐渐的减小，相关性很显著，用一元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程．如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的健康老年前期血沉参考值（温氏法）．

In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value (wintrobe) standard of Chinese healthy early old people's ESR, a research is made about relationship between the reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese early old mpple's ESR and altitude, which are determined by the way of wintrobe lows. It is found as the altitude in-creases gradually, the reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese healthy early old people's ESR decrease gradually,the correlation is quite obvious. Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, two regression equa-tions are given out. If altitude is obtained in some area, the reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese healthy early old people's ESR of this area can be reckoned using regression equation.
