心血管疾病的血浆内皮素变化及其临床意义

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF VARIATION OF PLASMAENDOTHELIN LEVELS IN ANGIOCARDIOGRAPHY

目的：探讨某些心血管疾病时血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫法对３４例正常人与３４例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）、４３例不稳定型心绞痛（ＵＡＰ）、２５例高血压病（ＨＴ）及２１例充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者分别进行了外周血浆ＥＴ水平的测定。结果：ＡＭＩ、ＨＴ及ＣＨＦ组血浆ＥＴ水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜００１），ＵＡＰ组血浆ＥＴ水平与正常对照组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５），ＡＭＩ组及ＣＨＦ组不同心功能分级及ＨＴ组不同分期之间，随病情加重，血浆ＥＴ水平有升高的趋势（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：血浆ＥＴ浓度与ＡＭＩ、ＵＡＰ、ＨＴ及ＣＨＦ的病理生理过程存在较为密切的关系。

bjective:To evaluate the clinical significance of the variation of the plasma endothelin(ET) levels in the cardiovascular disease.Methods:We determined the peripheral blood ET levels by using radioimmunoassay in 34 healthy persons(control group),34 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI group),43 with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group),25 with hypertension(HT group) and 21 with congestive heart failure(CHF group).Results:The plasma ET levels in the three groups of AMI,HT and CHF are much higher than that in the control group(P<001),whereas no significant difference in the level was found between the UAP group and the control group.The plasma ET levels in the AMI,CHF and HT groups in different heart classify showed a tendency to go up as the disease exacerbation(P<001).Conclusion:The plasma ET density has a close relationship with the physiopathologic progress of angiocardiopathy.
