江苏企业自主创新体系探微

On the Enterprises' Independent Innovation System in Jiangsu

国家兴衰根系于企业,企业兴衰根植于自主创新。本文探讨了江苏企业自主创新能力的总体评价和基本特征,分析了存在的问题,提出了企业自主创新体系的框架,强调政策、环境、体制都要适应、服从和服务于先进生产力,让江苏企业在应对危机、抢抓机遇中,把自主创新的思路、取向和目标从技术创新的层面进入到体制创新的层面。

The prosperity and declination of a nation depend on its enterprises ; the prosperity and declination of enterprises are rooted in independent innovation. This paper summarizes the evaluation on capacity of independent innovation and basic characteristics of enterprises in Jiangsu Province. It also analyzes the existing problems. On these bases, the paper conceives concepts, directions and objectives of independent innovation for enterprises and puts forward an innovation system. In order to cope with crises and seize opportunities, enterprises should strengthen policies, improve environment and system to serve and adapt to the advanced productive forces. Furthermore, enterprises should promote technological innovation into the level of system innovation.
